We contacted Mr. Paul Vandermade of MacDonald Realty, to represent us as the sole realtor, in the sale of our house in November 2014.
During the time of our listing, Paul conducted himself with the utmost respect and courtesy as he dealt with us, and prospective viewers of our property.

Initiated various ways to cater to the individuals coming through, such as coffee, treats, and financial information.
Paul assisted us in decluttering our house, and arranging for a storage location for what we removed.
When it became evident that an offer was pending on our listing, he initiated a door to door canvas in the complex we wanted to relocate in. As a result, he was able to make contact with someone willing to sell their unit to us. Consequently, Paul was able to complete that deal on our behalf, which meant that we sold and bought in October 2015.
